Russ and his team were extremely helpful during our long distance search for a new home in Boston. They were especially helpful in assisting us in narrowing down the neighborhoods and types of homes that were best suited for our families needs. I didn't give him 5 stars for local knowledge simply because he didn't know Dorchester (the neighborhood at the top of our list) well but it is the biggest neighborhood in Boston with lots of very distinct areas. He was however able to lean on colleagues that knew the area well and brought some good insight to the table. Would gladly recommend Russ to anyone searching for a Boston realtor.

Not only did Mr. Bradchulis negotiate the short sale with incredible speed and efficiency, he aided both seller and buyer in understanding all facets of the short sale process.
When it came time to close and the short sale bank requested certain items be paid out of pocket by the seller, Mr. Bradchulis paid these items on behalf of the seller out of his own commission to help ease the burden for the seller.

I have not had great experiences with real estate professionals in the past so when I received a cold call from Russ I was a bit hesitant. He suggested that I give him the opportunity to meet with me and my partner and he would present his marketing plan. I told him that I did not want all the BS that most agents bring and the most important thing for us was his responsiveness. The only informaiton I provided was the address of the condo we were selling and also mentioned we might also sell the house we lived in, both in East Boston. Well I was floored when Russ delivered his marketing plan and presentation. His marketing materials were outstanding. He had done all his research, advised us not only on selling price but also in order of how we should sell the properties. Within ten days both properties sold and each had several offers over asking price. We were so impressed with Russ's work that we asked him to assist us in finding our new home which turned out to be the more difficult transaction. He was simply amazing and I would highly recommend Russ to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate. I don't give recommendations freely, but this one is well deserved.
